Njet and the much discussed Vol. 13 was a co-production of Duwa with Peppermint Patti. This one especially seperated the fans in a "love it"- and "hate it"- faction, which is exactly what it was meant to do Duwa, by the way, is - inspite of his first name - a tall, handsome guy who looks like Joey Ramone's younger brother. He's working right now on a third edition of "Exploiting Plastic Inevitable" and a CD booklet for the fourth incarnation of the real kraut series, where he surprisingly hasn't contributed yet. "Kraut, Demons, Kraut" was painted by XL Beaver, "Hungry Krauts, Daddy" was the idea of Dr. Mueller and The Lolly Pope and "Obscured By Krauts" was conceived by Peppermint Patti.

P.S.: The gallery of 7" picture covers on the back of volumes 10 to 13 doesn't necessarilly correspond with the contents of the LP they're printed on. It's a service for long time followers, who own every volume of the series. In many cases there were sleeveless records, when a compilation was made, and the covers showed up years later. There are even some picture covers included of records, which haven't been used yet. And some singles which appeared on other people's compilations. And even some 45's, which have great covers, but the music is so shitty, that they hopefully never make it on no-one's compilation. Disturbing policy, but that's part of the fun. Never trust a German.
